of Panama was started.In 20th century the Panama Canal proved a vital component to expanding global trade routes.In 1914 August 15 marks the 100th anniversary of the official opening of the Panama Canal.The American built water way across the Isthmus of Panama that connect the Atlantic & Pacific Oceans. The Panama Canal authority assuming full control on December 31,1999. The American socity Recognized of civil engineers as one of the seven wonders of the modern world in 1994.

Minar-e-Pakistan

Minar- e-Pakistan is a famous historical palace of  Pakistan.It is a tall minaret in Iqbal park Lahore. Basically it built in honor of the Lahore Resolution. It reflects ablend of Mughal & modern architecture.This tower's base is about 8 meters above the ground.The tower is tall in 62 meters & the total height is about 70 metres above the ground. The base comprises is four platforms.To symbolize the humble beginning of the freedom struggle, first platform is built with uncut stones from Taxila, Second platform is made of hammer dressed stones, whereas third platform is of chiselled stones.These platforms depict the freedom struggle.There are 324 stairs to go to the top, besides the lift. There are many Quranic verses, National Anthem, Speeches of Quaid-e-Azam & Allama Iqbal & the resolution of Pakistan in various languages, Arabic, Urdu, Bengali & English are written on white marbles attached on the base of Minar-e-Pakistan.

The Lotus Temple of Delhi

The Lotus Temple of Delhi is called Bahai Temples. It is a famous place of India. Actually this Temple is a house of worship for every religion and best place for meditation and peace. Faribonz Sahba completed the Lotus Temple. The temple is built of marble, cement and sand.The Lotus

Temple is open to all regardless of religion on any other qualification.The building is composed of 27 free standing marble clad.It has nine doors and a central hall with heigh of slightly over 40 metres. it also inaugurated to public worship in December 1986. At last it can be say that  the Bahai Temple or The Lotus Temple is a famous tourist attraction of Delhi.

The Shat Gombuj Masque

The Shat Gambuj Masque is a famous mosque in Bangladesh. It is famous for it's special domes.It is located about three miles west of the present Bagerhat town of Bangladesh. In 17 century the mosque is the symbol of the provincial Mughal style of architecture introduced in Bangladesh. By history we can know that Khan Jahan Ail was made the mosque. The mosque have seven bigger dome. The mosque is built mostly bricks measures 192 feet

from north to south & 130 feet from east to west. There is a museum inside in the mosque area. It is also one of the most beautiful archaeological & historical Mosque i Bangladesh made by red burn mud. At last it can be say that the archaeological beauty of this mosque enchants the tourist till now. Besides this mosque an archaeological museum is there where you can find that times archaeological & historical materials.

The Liberation War Museum in Dhaka

The Liberation war museum was built in 1996,it has got reorganization by many national & international archaeological surveys. This place visit we want to know about the struggle of the mother nation & her children to get independence from foreign military  rule or "Mukti Judho". This is a two stories building with six galleries in its credit.In the museum there are more than 10,000

object are displayed here, which include rare photographs,media coverage of that time , documents & materials used by the martyrs of the liberation war.The main object of the museum is relating to Bengali nation's struggle for democracy, national rights & liberation war that led to the emergence of independent Bangladesh. In this place we can find many historical symbol of liberation war

Qutub Minar

In northern India regarded as the site of the first Muslim kingdom, the Qutub Minar is definitely one of the most historical places in India. It is the symbol of Indo Muslim architecture with its intricate red sandstone storeys. Qutub Minar is one of the famous historical places in India. Actually The Qutub Minar is a tower. It is 73 meter high. This tower was built by Qutub-ub-Din Aibak in 1193.It was built to celebrate Musilm dominance in Delhi after the defeat of Delh's last Hindu ruler. This tower is the highest tower in India.Qutub Minar is made on afghan architecture.Now it is well known historical place not only in India but in the world. It is a attraction place of tourist in Delhi.It's structure is so much charming & made of red marble. By history of India we can know Qutub means pole of justices & because of this it is known as symbol of Islamic justice.It is also finest mounment in world.

The Great wall of China

The Great wall of china is a world famous historical place.It was the state chu who first built the wall. In the seventh century B.C. it originally built.The Great wall of china made of stone, brick,wood & other materials.It built along an east to west line across the historical northern borders of china to protect the Chinese states. The length of the Great wall of china is 5,500,3 miles. During its construction the Great wall of china  was called "The longest cemetery on earth" because so many

people died building it, During the century of the china history. Actually it was built in different areas by different states/dynasties to protect different territorial borders. In the present time due to natural erosion & human damage about 2,000 kilometers or 30% of the Ming great wall has disappeared. By history we also can know that the wall construction was a common punishment for Chinese convicts. At last we can say that Great wall has long been incorporated into Chinese mythology & popular symbolism.In chines  history it also a famous historical event

The Parthenon

The Parthenon is a ancient temple to Athena stands as a symbol of the power of Athens & a testament to Greek civilization .Actually the main purpose  of the Parthenon that, it was a place of worship .In ancient Greece people in the city states they build their important temples. The most famous

acropolis is the one in Athens. The Athenian Acropolis is home to one of the most famous buildings in the world & it's called " The Parthenon ". The Parthenon is a Donic peripheral temple, actually the Donic peripheral temple means that it consists of a rectangular floor plan with a series of low steps on every side. In front of the temple it has an additional six columns also. The Parthenon massive foundations were made of limestone & the columns were made of pentelic marble, it us one kind of material that was utilized for the first time By history we can know that it was built to honor the goddess Athena. The historical event is that the construction of  these buildings took
roughly fifty years.

The Great Pyramid of Giza

The pyramid of Giza is the only symbol of surviving ancient wonder of the world. It is also one of the most famous tourist attractions in the modern world. By history peoples are thinks that this is a

mistorical place also. This mystery only adds to the attractiveness of these ancient wonders & many modern peoples still regard Giza as a spiritual place. In history we can know it was built over a twenty year period during the reign of the king khufu of the 4th Dynasty. The pyramid was first excavated using modern techniques & scientific analysis. Actually the great pyramid of Giza was the pyramid of king khufu. Following khufu's death,his son khafre took the throne & began building his own pyramid next to his father's. The Great pyramid of Giza was 481 feet high &covers 13.1acres. 2.3

million stone blocks were used for made this pyramid. There is no wonder as the Great pyramid of GIza because it was on the list of the seven wonders of the ancient world.

The Statues of Easter Island

Easter island is a famous historical place & it is famous for its 887 monumental statues. It's also called moai created by the early Rapa Nui people.In 1995 UNESCO named Easter Island a world

Heritage site with much of the island procted  within Rapa Nui National park.It is also the Island in the pacific Ocean.Easter Island covers roughly 64 square miles in the south pacific ocean.It is located some 2,300miles from chil's west coast & 2.500 miles east of Tahiti.Easter Island's most dramatic daim to fame is an array of almost 900 giant stone figures that date back many centuries.Today the famous Easter Island is believed to be the most remote inhabited island in the world.

Somapura Mahavira

Somapura Mahavira is a famous historical place in the Naogaon district of  Bangladesh. It is also known as " Paharpur Mahavihar" which is known for its grandeur monastery.It is situated a small village paharpur & located in northern district Naogaon. During the pala period this monastery was built. Actually it was famous Buddist monastic institutions of  ancient Bengal. This structure  consists of  177 cells & a traditional Buddhist stupa in the centre. That's rooms were used by the monks for

accommodation & meditation. The site houses the arehitectural remains of a vast Buddist monastery, Somapura Mahavihara, covering 27 acres. It was an important intellectual centre for Dharmic Traditions such as Buddhists, Jains & Hindus alike. In the paharpure stone plate 63 statues can be seen .IN the temple stone plate there many different animal statues can be seen. The Bihar is about 72 feet high from the ground. At last we can say that the place is a symbol of 12th century Buddhism almost ruined.Anyone can visit the great paharpurbhar from Dhaka by bus or train.

The statue of Liberty

The statue of Liberty located in the New York Harbor .It was a gift to the United states from France. The statue of Liberty is important as a  symbol of freedom & friendship. It is a important place & a historical event for the New York city because it is a sign of the friendship that developed between the people of France & the U.S the American Revolution . It was constructed in stages between 1876 & 1884 by a team of France. In 1886 The statue of Liberty Monument was a given to the United states. In the status of Liberty we can see a Lady which holds a golden torch in her right hand,
representing enlightenment & a tablet in her left hand. The sculpture was made in Paris by Frederic Bartholdi. The  statue of Liberty made by cast iron & stainless steel. In the status of Liberty The sculpture in her right hand we can see a book, on this book we see a date which is July 4 1776. Actually this date is the signing of the Declaration of Independence.  

Imperial palace

Hello friends...... I hope U all are  fine. Today i writing about a historical palace of japan . Every nation has own history & have many historical palace. Japan also have many historical palace, The "Imperial palace" is one of them . Now i tell U about this historical palace.

The " Imperial palace" is located on the former site of Edo Castle. it is a large park area surrounded by moats and massive stone walls . it also situated in the center of Tokyo .It is the residence of japan's imperial Family.. Residence is not open to public In this palace have three garden, the East Garden, Quter garden & kitanomaru Garden.They are typical recreation place to common people in Tokyo. East garden is now at the same place where administrative block of Edo castle were before. Edo castle used to be the seatv of the Tokugawa Shogun who ruled japan from 1603 untill 1867.In 1868 the shogunate was overthrown & the country's capital & imperial resdence were moved from Kyoto to Tokyo.In 1888 construction of a new imperial palace was completed. Once time the palace was destroyed during world war two & rebuilt in the same
style. Here Kokyo Garden is the large plaza in front of the imperial palace. The stone bridge in front is called "Meganebashi" for its looks. The inner groungs of the palace are generally not open to the public.Only on January  2 & December 23 visitors are able to enter the inner palace grounds &see the members of the Imperial Family, who make several public appearances on a balcony.

The Taj Mahal

Hello Friends..... After post on "Mahasthangarh" i am going to post on "Taj Mahal".it is one of the seven wonders.It located in India.Now i am going to tell you history of  "Taj Mahal" it was built by mughal king Shan Jahan in memory of his wife Mumtaz.

Shan Jhan was son of mughal emperor Jahangir . He married with Mumtaz in 1612.But in 1631 his wife was died for give a birth to her 14 child. Shan jhan make a tribute for his wife whice name was "Mumtaz Mahel",which also known as the great Taj Mahal. In history we can know that after construction of it Shah Jhan cut the hands of the workers, who built a Taj Mahal because he was think that type of Mahal can not built again. we all are known that Taj Mahal is a unique & no one can built this type of mahal in this Technological 21st century. ti was built by white marble & till it was looks white after 358 years. People from all of  the world are come here for visit the Taj Mahal. it is a center of  attraction of India . It is also a tourism place of India where lots of  people are come every year from different different countries.

At the end of article I would like to suggest you to visit Taj Mahal once in your life & it will your great experience of your life whice will be remarkable.

Mahasthangarh

Bogra is a northen district of Bangladesh .In the Rajshahi Division it is called the city of north Bengal. There are many historical palace of Bogra but Mahasthangarh is the most popular historical & visiting palace of Bangladesh. In history "Mahasthangarh" is the ancient city from 3rd century B.C. In bangla history we know that Mahasthangart was provincial capital of the Mauryans, the Guptas, the palas & the feudal Hindu kings of later period. The last king "Poshu Rum"was  very cruel ,his kingdom was distorted when the Muslim religion established.There are many attractions in one place altogether and they all have their interesting myths & stories. For example, shila Dev's Ghat is a place where Shila Devi daughter of the ruling King,committed suided when the city was attacked by the Muslim leaders who eventually conquered it.In myths we also can know the Bashor Ghar of  "Behula". Local legend describes it as the bashor ghor or wedding pavilion of Behula,the daughter of a rich Bengali trader, whose husband was tragically bitten by a snake on the very night of her wedding but later brought back to life by the goddes Manosa. In concluted it can be said that the palace of Mahasthangarh is a mysterious palace for its myths & its historical event.    

Ahsan Manzil

Ahasan Manzil is one of the most significant architectural monuments of Bangladesh.In Mughal period, there was a summer house of  Sheikh Enayet Ullah, the landlord of  jamalpur pongona (district) in this place. Sheikh Enayet Ullah was a very charming person. He acquined a very big area in kumartuli and included in his summer house . here he built a beautiful palace & named it "Rangmahal". He used to entertain here keeping beautiful girls collecting from home and abroad, dressing them with gorgeous dresses and expensive ornaments. In history there is a saying that the Foujdar of Dhaka in that time was attracted to one of the beautiful girls among them. He invited Sheikh Enayet Ullah in a party one night and killed him in a conspinacy when he was returning home. That girl also committed suicide in anger & sorrow. There was a one doomed cemetery of Sheikh Enayet Ullah which was ruined in the beginning of 20th century.
The building of Ahsan Manzil's structure was established on a raised platform of 1 meter, the two-storied palace.The palace Ahsan Manzil is divided into two parts the eastern side & western side.The eastern building with the dome is called the "Ranmahal " & the western side with the living rooms is called "Andarmahal" After the death of khwaja Asanullah in 1901, the glony of Ahsan Manzil was ended. His successions  couldn't continue the glory for the internal family quarrel.They rented different parts of the palace to tenants, who actually made it slum. In 1952 govt. acquined the property and left in supervision of the Dhaka Nawab court . In 1985 Dhaka national Museum acquired the property & made it a museum.
At last we can say that "Ahasan Manzil " is not only a historical palace it also a symbol of  those time cultural & social image.
